This particular project featured the use of a "fleeceback" TPO roofing system that was applied directly over the existing built-up roof. This was necessary because mechanical fasteners were not feasible due to the presence of conduit under the roof deck. After a moisture scan was performed and wet insulation was removed and replaced, the Fleeceback TPO was applied in a special 2-part adhesive over the existing cleaned roof.
